KENNY HAYES
CO-FOUNDER

Kenny and his wife Beth, were married in 1981 and the couple has three children, Spencer, Travis and Mary. Kenny’s training in the industry began at the early age of 18. Since that time, Kenny has built over 1,000 homes in the tri-county area, with many having been built Trillium and the Ridge at Lake Martin. Kenny is a licensed builder, and also a member of the Graduate Builder Program.

Kenny has always been known as both innovative and quality driven. This achievement was acknowledged in 2002 when he was honored to receive the COSBE award for small business of the year. Kenny’s homes have always been well-recognized in the market for their signature trim and molding finishes, which are a trademark of his.

DAVID B. CHANCELLOR
CO-FOUNDER

David and Kenny have been friends for many years beginning in the early 90’s. Recently, David left the law firm he founded to come in-house with Kenny Hayes Custom Homes on a full-time basis. The transition was an easy one given his 14 years of involvement with Kenny in building and developing.

David brings a broad legal background to KHCH. David still performs legal responsibilities for Legacy Homes, KHCH and he and Kenny's other companies. David is also actively involved on a day-to-day basis in developing and building homes. David is married to Catherine Chancellor. The couple has three daughters.
